Grad Picture Day for Grade 8s

Due to a snow day, our Grad Photos have been rescheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2016.

Students who wish to order a class composite can still do so. The cost is $33.90 including tax, in cash or by cheque (made payable to Lifetouch Canada).

Order forms are still available at school for students to pick up.

This is an important reminder that an information session about the Ottawa Trip will be held tonight (Tuesday, March 29 at 6:00 pm) in the school library.

The information session will be hosted by Temple and Temple, the company running the trip.

Grade 8 French Immersion Ottawa Trip!

An information page is being sent home today with all our grade 8 students about the Ottawa Trip! This excursion will take place from Weds, May 18 to Friday, May 20, 2016 and will be hosted by the Toronto based educational tour company, Temple and Temple.

As the final cost of the trip is contingent on the number of students participating, we are unable to confirm the final amount at this time. We expect the cost to be about $500. Should the excursion take place (pending participation numbers), a $120 deposit will be due on or before Tuesday, April 5.

A parent information session will be held on Tuesday, March 29 at 6:00 pm in the library, with representatives from Temple and Temple attending to provide information about the trip and answer any questions.

Course Verification Forms

Course verification forms have been confirmed and have been sent home throughout the week for different high schools.

Please look them over and make sure that the courses are correct. If you want to make any changes to the course selection form, please follow the instructions on the page and return them back to BAPS as soon as possible.

IF EVERYTHING IS CORRECT AND YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RETURN THE SHEET TO THE SCHOOL!

Good news - online payments coming soon! Please be advised that our school will be accepting online payments through School Cash Online. School related expenses such as Pita, Pizza, field trips and fundraisers will be online soon for you to make payment. 

The information sheet on how to register for online payments will be sent home today. There are detailed instructions for how to sign up, as well as instructional videos on how to do so.

As you know, due to the recent inclement weather days, our Pita lunches have been cancelled.  As a result, we are now rescheduling the two days missed.  Pita make-up days will be Wednesday, March 9 and Wednesday, March 23.

As well, our grade 8 graduation photos have been rescheduled for Thursday, April 7th.
